Goalkeepers in Ricky's 2002 guide
Ricky's guide lists more than 150 players with a price, a club, and a subjective line. Three goalkeepers he bothers to single out: Peter Schmeichel, Denmark and Man Utd, at 4.5 million, called the best keeper in the game in his words; Vitor Baia, Portugal, at 2.25 million; Dida, Brazil and Cruzeiro, at 800 thousand.

How the game wants you to search
The manual's transfer search filters by home or foreign, by goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, or forward, and by a skill ceiling you care about: passing, shooting, heading, tackling, ball control, speed, or finishing. A bid can be cash plus up to two players. Stars show up outside career mode. Inside a career, the fee is the number that matters, and it moves.

Are these 2026 prices?
No. They are in-game values from a 2002 PDF and from one forum thread about 96/97.
Why is Vandervee spelled that way?
That is the spelling in the thread. Other versions of the database spell names differently. I am not correcting them silently.
Where is the full list of 26,000 players?
Not on this page. The database guide explains the record. I am not copying SWOS United's data.
