SWOS leagues and tournaments

SWOS United keeps the league index. On 30 October 2026 that page named a long set of competitions still in motion. I am listing the names so you can find the index. I am not copying fixtures, and I am not inventing a table that updates itself.

Names on the October 2026 index

The online-leagues page included ASL, ISSF, Serie A, Ekstraklasa, DSL, La Liga, a UK league, TR, NED, APL, SLP, Earthleague, and PCL. Spellings are theirs. If a competition has since folded, their page is the one that will know first.

A separate tournaments page on the same site lists more than 50 series over the years. I am not transcribing it. The link is the index.

World Cup, the word

A search for World Cup 2026 next to SWOS often means the real football tournament, or it means the 1998 community edition that the series article says shipped on a CU Amiga cover disc as SWOS 97/98 World Cup Edition. Those are not the July Sensible Days weekend, and they are not a new official game.

OpenSWOS can play the competitions that exist in the 96/97 data you import. It does not add the real 2026 World Cup by itself. The 25/26 data pack is the project that refreshes clubs.

Questions people ask

How do I join ASL or Earthleague?

Through SWOS United. I am not running an application form on this site.

Is there a SWOS World Cup 2026 mode?

Not as an official release. Update the data with the 25/26 pack if you want newer clubs, and read that page's limits.

Where are the live tables?

On the league sites. Copying them here would freeze a moving table on the day I looked.

Keep going
